MinTalc®97 Ultra talcs are very high purity grades with low iron content, low surface area, and excellent color in dry form and applied in various resins.
This Nobelmin talc range is mainly used in high-performance polypropylene, thermoset, and thermoplastic polymers where improved tensile strength, flexural modulus, and reduced shrinkage are required.
These talcs are platy, high brightness, hydrophobic, non-abrasive, chemically inert, and provide acid resistance, reinforcement, barrier properties, and improvements in mechanical properties as well when used in paint and coating formulations, adhesives and sealants, joint compounds, and other building products.
